Information we collect

Information you give us: name, mobile number, email address, business name and address when you contact us or register as a partner.
KYC information from partners: Aadhaar, PAN, shop photograph, bank account details and business documents needed to verify and activate a partner account.
Transaction information: details needed to complete a service, such as account numbers, biller or consumer numbers, travel details and policy details.
Technical information: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use our website.

Aadhaar and biometric data

Fingerprints for Aadhaar-based services are captured on RD-service certified devices, which encrypt the data before it is sent for authentication. We do not store customers' biometric data. Aadhaar numbers are masked on receipts, and partners must not keep copies of customers' Aadhaar details.
