Failed transactions
If a transaction fails, the amount is reversed to the partner's wallet. Most reversals are automatic. Some, such as AEPS and IMPS reversals, follow timelines set by the banks and payment networks involved.
Pending transactions
A transaction may show as pending while the bank or provider confirms it. If it is still pending after 24 hours, raise a ticket with the transaction ID and our team will follow it up with the provider.
Successful transactions
Successful recharges, bill payments and transfers generally can't be reversed, including payments made to a wrong number or account because of incorrect details. We will contact the provider on your behalf, but a refund depends on their decision.
Travel cancellations
Flight, train, bus and hotel cancellations follow the rules of the airline, Indian Railways, bus operator or hotel. Refunds are credited to the partner's wallet after cancellation charges and any service fee.
Insurance
Policy cancellations and refunds are handled by the insurer under the policy terms and applicable IRDAI rules, including any free-look period.
Government services
Once an application has been submitted to the government portal, government fees and service fees are not refundable. If an application could not be submitted because of an error on our side, the fee is refunded.
Plan and registration fees
Refunds of partner plan or registration fees, if any, follow the terms of the plan shared at activation.
